1. Your Agreement with PacketGround
By creating an account or accessing any part of the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules posted within the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PacketGround. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
3. User Accounts

- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

- Host or simulate systems that violate export restrictions or ethical guidelines
- Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the security or functionality of the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Lab Usage and Data Ownership
- You retain full ownership of your personal data, uploaded files, configurations, and project data.
- PacketGround does not claim rights to your intellectual property.
- We reserve the right to enforce resource limits on lab usage, depending on your plan, to ensure fair access.
6. Payment & Billing
If you choose a paid plan:
- You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your account according to your plan.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.
- Downgrading may result in loss of access to certain features.
7. Cancellation & Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.
- Upon cancellation, your labs and data will be retained for 5 months unless you request immediate deletion.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Modifications to the Service
We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to provide notice of significant changes but reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
PacketGround is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with all systems, or that the platform will be error-free. Use at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PacketGround is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Data loss or unauthorized access
- Loss of profits, reputation, or use
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to us in the past 3 months.
11. Third-Party Services
Some features may rely on third-party tools (e.g., cloud providers, analytics). We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third parties.
12. GNS3 Attribution
PacketGround is built on the open-source GNS3 project. All trademarks and rights remain with their respective owners. Use of this platform does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by GNS3.
